Who we are
Agent Match Concierge is a referral and advisory service operated by Jens Hansen, a California-licensed real estate agent (DRE #02274665) affiliated with Compass. Privacy contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the intake or contact form, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, property location, sale situation, timeline, agents you're considering, and your message. Form submissions are processed by our form relay provider and delivered to [email protected]. Site analytics are cookieless and aggregate only — no cross-site tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for: replying to you, running the agent-selection process you requested, and understanding site usage in aggregate. If you engage the referral service, relevant details are shared with candidate agents only as needed to run your match, and with Compass as required for referral agreements.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Your California rights (CCPA)
You may request to know, access, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you will never be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
Retention & changes
Information is kept while we're working together or while you remain in touch; email us to have it deleted. Material changes to this policy will be posted here. Effective date: August 25, 2026.
